摘　　要：目的:掌握兰州市布鲁氏菌病疫情动态,为预测布病流行趋势、制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法:根据兰州市布病监测工作统一布署和要求,血清学结果和病例判定参照"布鲁氏菌病诊断标准和处理原则(GB15988-1995)"。结果:从2005年-2009年,检测人群血清2494例,阳性例数245例,阳性率9.82%。结论:兰州市人间布鲁氏菌病的威胁仍然存在,疫情总体上呈上升趋势今后应加大畜间疫情处理力度,加强布鲁氏菌病防治知识宣传,采取综合防治措施,以控制人间布鲁氏菌病,确保人民群众身体健康。Objective：To attain Lanzhou Brucellosis epidemic situation tendency,in order to predict trends of Brucellosis,develop and provide scientific basis for control measures.Methods： According to Lanzhou brucellosis uniform deployment and monitoring requirements,serological results and determine the reference case,＂brucellosis diagnostic standard and processing principles（GB15988-1995）＂.Results： From 2005 to 2009,2494 cases detected in the serum,the number of positive cases of 245 cases,the positive rate of 9.82%.Conclusion： Lanzhou human brucellosis threat remains,the overall upward trend in the epidemic should be increased in future outbreaks among livestock handling,and strengthen propaganda and brucellosis prevention and control,integrated control measures taken to control human brucellosis to ensure the health of the people.
