摘  要:1992年从加拿大引进甘蓝型油菜无蜡粉种质材料Nilla。经研究,该材料的无蜡粉性状呈隐性遗传,受2对基因控制。利用有性杂交对该材料进行改良.结果表明:该材料衍生系的生育期比Nilla早5~7天;在15个农艺性状中有13个重要性状显著变优;达到了双低品质,含油率提高2.03个百分点。以此材料已有出带隐性无蜡粉标记的细胞质雄性不育系并实现了三系配套,1998年度测试27个杂种组合.结果有16个较对照中油821增产,增产幅度为2.2%~65.6%。A germplasm material with epicuticular waxless character. named 'Nilla'(B. napus) was inducted from Canada in 1992. Theresults of subsequent study showed that the inheritance of the waxless character of Nilla is recessive and controlled by 2 genepaires. By sex cross we obtained some important progresses in inheritance improvement: 1. The derivative lines for Nilla maturedearly by 5-7 days. 2. Thirteen of 15 characters for derivatives revealled significantly superiority in comparison with the initial ma-terial. 3. The derivatives had possessed canola quality and higher oil content. using the derivatives we had raised Care (cytoplasmicmale sterility) lines and corresponding maintainer and had chosen sucessfully the restorer. In 1998. a field experinient which con-sisted of 27 hybrid combinations was made in Wenjiang. The results showed that 16 of all combinations the yield inereased in comparison with CK Zhong You 821. a popular variety in production . and the inerease extent was 2. 2 % - 65. 6%.
