摘 要:目的:研究河南省啮齿类动物携带肾综合征出血热病毒状况,为肾综合征出血热防治研究提供科学依据。方法:笼捕法捕鼠,用直接免疫荧光法检测肺组织切片。结果:在河南省不同生境的7个县(区、市)共布鼠笼6429个,捕获啮齿类动物697只,褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占33.53%。其次为黄胸鼠,占18.41%。应用直接免疫荧光法检测全部鼠肺,其中肾综合征出血热病毒阳性肺组织切片97份,阳性率为13.92%。阳性切片中,褐家鼠和仓鼠分别占47.0%和26.32%。结论:河南省不同地区肾综合征出血热病毒的主要宿主动物是褐家鼠。Objective:To study the characteristics of the rodents hosts for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Henan province.Methods: Detection the infection of the hosts for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome with direct immunofluorescence assay.Results: 6429 cages were put in seven different habitats in Henan province and 697 rodents hosts were captured.The majority were Rattus norvegicus(33.53%),and the next were Rattus flavipectus(18.41%).97 samples were positive in the direct immunofluorescence assay(DFA) of all the rodents hosts lungs,and the positive rate was 13.92%.The proportion of Rattus norvegicus and Hamster were 47.0% and 26.32% in the 97 positive samples.Conclusion: Rattus norvegicus was the main rodents hosts for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Henan province.
