摘 要:目的:了解铅锌矿厂周边居住儿童血铅水平及对其影响。方法:抽取246名铅锌矿厂周边居住儿童和231名城镇体检儿童全血,采用原子吸收光谱法检测其血铅水平的含量,并进行统计学处理。结果:铅锌矿厂周边居住儿童血铅水平与城镇儿童血铅水平存在显著性差异(P<0.01)有统计学意义。铅锌矿厂周边居住学龄前儿童(0~6岁)与学龄儿童(7岁~12岁)血铅水平存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铅锌矿厂周边居住儿童血铅水平随年龄增长有所升高;铅锌矿厂周边居住儿童血铅水平明显高于城镇儿童血铅水平,对儿童生长发育不利。Objective:To explore the children blood lead level living around the lead-zine mine factory of BaoJi area and its infects.Methods: To extract 246 childrens whole blood around lead-zine mine factory and 231 city′ children,examining the content of blood lead level by atomic absorption spectrographic methods,and carries on statistics processing.Results: There has a significant difference between children′s whole blood around lead-zine mine factory and city children(P0.01).The blood lead level around Lead-zine mine factory between prestudy-children(age between 0 and 6) and study-chuildren(age between 7 and 12) has a significance difference(P0.05).Conclusion: The blood lead level around Lead-zinc mine factory advantage by age,which is obviously higher than the cities children,the lead is harmful to children′growth.
