摘 要:在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐([BMIM]BF4)体系中,采用电化学手段研究了Sm-Co合金的电沉积。得到了铜基体上电沉积制备的Sm-Co合金薄膜,薄膜呈现银灰色、具有金属光泽,表面致密,且与基体结合牢固。SEM观察表明,Sm-Co合金镀层的表面平整、均匀且致密;EDS测试表明,Sm-Co合金镀层中Sm的质量分数可达12%。对电沉积Sm-Co合金的电解液进行循环伏安和稳态极化曲线测试表明,在仅含有钐盐的离子液体电解液中没有明显的氧化还原峰出现,但当进一步加入钴盐后,便可以实现Sm、Co的共沉积,据此初步提出了Sm-Co合金的电沉积机理是Sm3+在Co2+的诱导作用下才能实现共沉积的诱导共沉积。Sm-Co alloy films were electrodeposited on copper coils in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BF4)ionic liquid.Sm-Co alloy films obtained were silvery,compact and adhesive.The micromorphology and composition of Sm-Co alloy deposit were examined by the scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) micrographs and energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDS).SEM micrograph showed that the Sm-Co alloy coating was smooth,uniform and dense.EDX result indicated that the content of Sm in surface reached 12%.The electrochemical behavior of Sm(Ⅲ) and Co(Ⅱ) in the ionic liquid at a platinum working electrode at 60 ℃ has been studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and liner sweep voltammetry(LSV).In the absence of cobalt,Sm(III) was not reduced to Sm alone in ionic liquid,but it could be inductively codeposited with Co(Ⅱ).The results indicated that the codeposition mechanism of Sm with Co belongs to the inductive codeposition.
