摘　　要：邓小平理论也是一套科学的管理理论,《邓小平文选》也是一部管理学的宝典。即使从世界管理学的坐标来看,邓小平的管理思想也是有高度的。中国人如果要试图建立"中国式管理",就不能不从这里再出发,如此才能抵达世界管理科学的一个新高峰。本文对邓小平的管理思想进行了较为系统的研究。DENG Xiao-ping theories are a set of theories of management,and DENG Xiao-ping＇s collectanea is also a Treasury of Principles of Management.His thoughts of management is of high value even when viewed in the circle worldwide.If Chinese would like to reach a new summit of principles of management,DENG Xiao-ping theories must be the starting point.And the thesis just focuses on the systematic study of DENG Xiao-ping＇s thoughts concerning management.
