摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶方法结合超临界干燥技术制备了SiO2和TiO2-SiO2复合氧化物气凝胶载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了Ni/SiO2和Ni/TiO2-SiO2催化剂,运用BET、H2-TPR、XRD、TEM及FT-IR等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了催化剂在顺酐液相选择加氢合成γ-丁内酯反应中的催化性能.结果表明,Ni/TiO2-SiO2催化剂中Ti-O-Si键的形成增强了NiO与载体的相互作用,促进了NiO在载体表面的分散,得到了晶粒较小的活性Ni0物种,表现出高的加氢活性,在H2压力5.0 MPa、反应温度240℃、反应时间6 h的条件下,顺酐转化率为100%,γ-丁内酯的选择性达94.7%.Ni/SiO2 and Ni/TiO2-SiO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of SiO2 and TiO2-SiO2 aerogel supports,both of which were prepared by Sol-Gel method combined with supercritical fluid drying.The catalysts were characterized by BET,H2-TPR,XRD,TEM,FT-IR techniques etc.and tested with hydrogenation of maleic anhydride(MA) to γ-butyrolactone(GBL).The results indicated that the formation of Ti-O-Si in Ni/TiO2-SiO2 strengthened interaction between NiO and support,raised the dispersion threshold of NiO on support surface,and then obtained small Ni0 activity species,which were responsible for the highest performance in catalytic hydrogenation.A reaction temperature of 240 ℃,pressure of 5.0 MPa and time of 6 h were afforded,Ni/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst was shown 100% conversion of MA and 94.7% selectivity for GBL.
