摘　　要：随着医院改革的不断深化和医疗市场竞争的日益激烈,医院管理层越来越清楚地认识到医院绩效考核的重要性。绩效系统与医院HIS系统接口的实施成为绩效考核的关键。本文主要探讨我院绩效系统与医院HIS系统接口的实施过程,希望对同行有所帮助。With the continuous deepening of hospital reform and health care market competition becoming increasingly fierce,the growing challenges faced by hospitals has become increasingly clear understanding of the importance of performance appraisal to the hospital.Performance system and the implementation of the hospital HIS system interface to become one of the key,this article mainly discusses the implementation process of our hospital.
