混凝土减缩防水密实剂干缩性能试验研究

摘　　要：混凝土减缩防水密实剂是一种能有效减小混凝土的早期收缩,降低混凝土开裂风险进而提高其防水性能及密实性的外加剂。对混凝土减缩防水密实剂对混凝土的早期收缩性能及对水泥胶砂强度的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:减缩防水密实剂掺加到混凝土中,可有效减小早期收缩,降低混凝土制品的开裂风险,对混凝土强度影响不大,有较大的工程使用意义。The shrinkage-reducing-waterproofing agent is an admixture that can decrease the early-age shrinkage,reduce cracking risk and improve the waterproof property of concrete significantly.The effects of this admixture on early-age shrinkage properties of concrete and cement mortar strength were investigated in this paper.The test results show that the shrinkage-reducing-waterproofing admixture can effectively reduce the early-age drying shrinkage and decrease the cracking risk of concrete.And its effect on concrete strength is limited.It is of great importance and has great potential application to improve the engineering quality.
