摘 要:为解决目前东部沿海地区地下防护工程结构强度与抗侵彻能力低、易开裂、易渗漏等问题,选取普通混凝土、单掺钢纤维混凝土、单掺膨胀剂混凝土和钢纤维与膨胀剂双掺的钢纤维膨胀混凝土4种类型进行对比试验研究。结果显示:与普通混凝土、单掺钢纤维混凝土和单掺膨胀剂混凝土相比较,经优化后的钢纤维膨胀混凝土泵送性能优良,抗压、抗弯、抗劈拉强度及抗裂、抗渗性能有了显著地提高,是一种适于地下防护工程结构自防水的高性能混凝土。The underground shelter projects which locate at the eastern region of china along the seaboard are the important targets to be attacked.In order to solve the problems of frequent fracturing,cracking,leaking and so on.This paper chooses four kinds of different types of concretes which are conventional concrete(C),steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),expansion agent concrete(EC) and steel fiber reinforced expansion agent concrete(SFREC) to research their performances.The test results show that SFREC with the optimal mix proportion has good pumpability.When compared with C,SFRC and EC,SFREC will produce remarkable enhancement in the compressive strength,bending strength,especially in the splitting strength and the ability of anti-shrinking,anti-cracking and anti-penetration.It is testified that SFREC which adapt to the underground shelter projects is a kind of high performance concrete and self-water proofing concrete.
