摘  要:选用14 个柳松菇野生菌株(其中,来自中国6 株,源于希腊6株,源于法国、印度各1株),利用RAPD 技术进行遗传差异测定。20 个随机引物中有11 个引物共扩增出96 条DNA 条带,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明,希腊的6 个菌株遗传差异较小,它们之间的相似系数> 90% ,与法国的菌株亲缘关系也较近,相似系数在70% 左右。我国6 个野生种菌株之间的遗传差异较大,相似系数为30% ~85% ,而与国外菌株的遗传相似性仅20% 强。In this research,RAPD m arkers were used to survey genetic variability among 14 isolates ofAgrocybe aegerita,which collected from differentcountries (6 isolates from China,6 from Greece,1 from France and 1 from India.).96 scorable DNA products were detected by 11 primers am ong the 20 tested prim ers.All of these products were analyzed to measureisolaterelationshipsby unweighted pairgroup m ethod using arithm etic. The UPGMAillustrated that6isolatesfrom Greecehad ahighergeneticrelativity with m ore than 90% sim ilarity indexes among them and showed a relationship w ith an about 70% sim ilarity to the isolate from France.A.aegerita germ plasms from China showed a higher geneticdiversity.Thegeneticsim ilarity indexesofthe6 isolatesfrom China varied from 30% to 85% .Thesimilarity ofthe 6 strainsto theisolates from foreign countrieswasonly 20% .
