摘　　要：探索和实施学科咨询服务是增强图书馆核心竞争力的有效途径。以盐城工学院图书馆学科馆员服务实践为实证,在分析"用户需求"为核心的学科咨询信息传递模式之后,重点讨论了学科咨询服务的工作模式,包括集成学科资源信息、融入学科知识社区、嵌入课题组提供重点服务等学科服务工作模式。Exploring and implementing subject consulting service is an effective way for enhancing the core competitiveness of the library.Taking the practice of implementing subject consulting service as solid evidence,his paper emphatically discusses the subject consulting service mode after analyzing the subject consulting and information transferring mode cored with the demands of users,which include integrating the subject information resources,blending in subject knowledge community,embodying the research group and providing highlighted services for it,etc.
