摘　　要：在简述食品工业废水处理技术现状的基础上,分析了各种工艺的特点及作用,指出厌氧生物处理工艺必将成为食品工业废水处理的主流方向。Based on expounding the present situation of the Technologies for food industry wastewater treatment,this paper analyzes the features and functions of each technology,and points out that the anaerobic biological treatment will be the mainstream direction of food industry wastewater treatment.
