摘　　要：2008年中国图书馆协会正式发布《图书馆服务宣言》,我国新时期图书馆服务理念得以彰显。联合国教科文组织发布的《公共图书馆宣言》以及英美等国家发布的图书馆宣言,也都渗透着普遍服务、平等服务以及以人为本的图书馆服务理念,这些服务理念将为人们提供更加优质、高效的服务。China Library Association has formally issued Library Services Manifesto in the year of 2008,which makes the library＇s service concept of our country in the new period manifest.UNESCO＇s Public Library Manifesto and the library manifesto of Anglo-American countries have all infiltrated the library service concepts of universal service,equal service and people-oriented service.These service concepts will provide people with better and more efficient service.
