摘　　要：针对业务流程管理系统对流程可变性的需求,在分析现有SOA实现模型的基础上,结合本体知识库,提出一种基于SOA的支持流程可变的业务流程管理系统模型。利用SOA的松耦合性以及本体知识库的规范化描述及推理功能,使业务专家可以独立进行流程建模,从而满足业务流程灵活调整的要求。介绍了该模型的实现机制和相关技术以及该模型在虚拟旅行社智能平台的应用。Aiming at the need of the process agility for the Business Process Management,based on analysis of existing SOA imple-mentation model,combined with ontology knowledge base,a SOA based process variable Business Process Management model is pre-sented.For the loosely coupled nature of SOA,as well as the standardization description of ontology knowledge base and reasoning capabilities,the business experts can make models for the business process independently to meet the requirement of the adjust of the business process.The implementation mechanism of the model and the applications of the model in the virtual tour intelligent platform are introduced.
