摘 要:以棕榈酸葡甘聚糖酯为乳化剂,单硬脂酸甘油酯和单硬脂酸山梨醇酯为助乳化剂,通过正交试验确定了最佳基质配方,并添加多种活性成分,制备出保湿霜PBSS。测定了该保湿霜的多项性能,结果表明:PBSS为乳白色玫瑰香味膏体,pH值为6.8,耐热、耐寒试验显示无油水分离及明显性状差异;显微照片可见分散相呈粒度均匀、直径约3μm的球状颗粒;室温放置8h、相对湿度43%时的吸湿率约为4%。The best matrix formula was determined through orthogonal test,with palmitoylated konjac glucomannan as emulsifier,sorbitol monostearate and glyceryl monostearate as co-emulsifiers.The moisture cream PBSS was prepared by adding many kinds of active components according to the formula,and its properties were determined.The results showed that PBSS is milky white paste with rose aroma,the pH value is 6.8,heat resistant and cold tolerance tests don't reveal oil-water separation and obvious character difference;Micrographs show uniform spherical particles with approx.3 μm diameter,and the hygroscopicity is about-4% at room temperature and relative humidity of 43% for 8 hours.
