摘 要:分析了C0变换反应反应热效应、化学平衡常数及反应动力学;对影响C0变换反应平衡的因素如温度、压力、催化剂、水气比等进行了讨论。介绍了采用Aspen Plus模拟软件中RK-S0AVE状态方程、平衡反应模块(REquil)的C0变换反应模拟计算,供变换反应的相关工程设计人员参考。The philosophy of the CO shift reaction of typical coal water slurry pressurized gasification was introduced and a discussion on the factors that impacted the equilibrium of the shift reaction (such as temperature, pressure, and catalyst as well as water-gas ratio) was carried out. Analog computation was introduced with RK-SOAVE equation of state and equilibrium reaction module (REquil) to ensure that the CO volume fraction (dry basis) at the outlet of the shift reaction unit to be 1.5%, and that can meet the downstream requirement. The analysis and analog computation that impacts equilibrium factors can provide guidance for the engineering design of the shift reaction unit.
