摘　　要：介绍了安钢5万m^3焦炉煤气柜在停运检修期间的煤气组织与输送方法。通过在煤气管道上增设交通管道和控制阀门的方式,改变煤气工艺流程,使气柜在工艺中脱离出来,完成检修任务。同时,又通过稳定煤气来源,控制柜后风机的运行,完成了煤气的连续输送。此方法既完成了气柜的检修,又保证了精焦煤气用户的正常使用。The gas organization and delivery in Anyang Iron and Steel Co. during the maintenance period of its 50 000m3 dry coke oven gas holder was introduced. The process flow of the coke oven gas was reorganized, additional traffic channels and control valves were supplemented so that the gas holder was isolated from the network for proper maintenance. In the mean time, by stabilizing the gas source, controlling the operation of the blower after the gas holder, contin- uous delivery of the coke oven gas was made possible. This method facilitates proper maintenance of the gas holder, and also ensured proper clean gas supply to the households.
