摘　　要：世博科技的展示都是未来科技发展的一个风向标,今年上海世博会的举行,所展示的高科技具有数字化、虚拟化、信息化的特点;这一特点在未来必定会影响到犯罪证据存在的形式以及侦查手段、侦查方法的变化,这一变化具有划时代的意义。我们知道科技的发展对于犯罪侦查有着十分重要的促进作用,因此对于这一现象进行探索研究,有利于提高侦查水平,有利于深化侦查理论,有利于打击犯罪现象。Science and Technology displayed in the Expo is the wind vane for the future development of the science and technology.The high-tech feature of digitalization,virtualization, informationization displayed in the World Expo of Shanghai this year will affect the existence of criminal evidence and investigative technology in the future,and the change made epoch-making significance.We know that the development of technology for crime investigation plays a very important role,So doing a research about this phenomenon will help to improve detection levels, be conducive to deepen the detection theory and contribute to combating crime.
