高效液相色谱法测定宫瘤消片中芍药苷含量

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱法测定宫瘤消片中芍药苷的含量。方法色谱柱为DIKMADiamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),检测波长230nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.04296～0.68736μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.95%,RSD为1.38%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确,可作为宫瘤消片中芍药苷含量的测定方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Gongliuxiao Tablets. Methods The separation was performed on the Diamonsil O DS - C18 column（250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （15 ： 85） as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and the peak areas over the range of 0. 042 96 -0. 687 36 Ixg（ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 97.95% with RSD = 1.38% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Gongliuxiao Tablets.
