摘　　要：目的建立测定金荞麦片中槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50),流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃,检测波长370nm,进样量20μL。结果槲皮素质量浓度在10.0～50.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000(n=5),平均回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.66%(n=6)。结论所用方法简单、准确、可靠,可作为金荞麦片中槲皮素的含量测定方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin in Jinqiaomai Tablets.Methods The RP HPLC method was used,which consisted of C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,with the mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution（50：50）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min,the temperature was 40 ℃,the detection wavelength was 370 nm and the sample size was 20 μL.Results The calibration curve of quercetin was 10.0-50.0 μg /mL,r = 1.000,the average recovery rate was 98.73%,RSD was 0.66%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which is suitable to determine the quercetin content in Jinqiaomai Tablets.
