38例川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变超声诊断与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变的发病情况及随访结果。方法:对38例临床诊断为川崎病的患儿进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析二维超声心动图冠状动脉病变的分布及严重程度。结果:38例患儿均出现冠状动脉病变,以左侧冠状动脉病变多见。结论:彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示双侧冠状动脉,有助于早期诊断。Objective：To discuss the incidence of coronary arterial lesions and the result of following up in children with Kawasaki disease（KD）by echocardiography.Method：Thirty-eight children with clinical diagnosis of KD were examined by two dimensional echocardiography（TDE）of color Doppler.The distribution and severity of the coronary arterial lesions were measured and observed.Result：All of the 38patients presented coronary artery lesions with mainly left lateral coronary artery lesions.Conclusion：Color Doppler is able to clearly show the bilateral coronary arterial lesions and helpful to the early diagnosis.
