论民办高等教育发展的社会环境及其改善

摘　　要：社会环境决定了高等教育系统的范围,而环境中对其生存至关重要的某些因素极大地影响着高等教育的决策和变革。本文以民办高等教育发展的社会环境为大背景,选取社会环境中与民办高等教育发展直接相关的若干环境要素加以剖析,试图为改善民办高等教育生存发展的社会环境,提出新的对策和建议。Social environment determines the scope of the higher education system,while some factors which is vital for survival in the environment greatly influence the decision-making and change in higher education.In this paper,the author takes the social environment of non-governmental higher education development as background,performs analysis on several environment factors which are directly related to social environment,and tries to propose new countermeasures and suggestions for improvement of development of non-governmental institute of higher learning.
