长三角都市圈形成发展的动力机制研究

摘　　要：都市圈是城市经济演化发展的高级形态,市场扩张和企业追求规模经济要求政府降低要素跨区域流动的制度成本和行政壁垒,这是都市圈经济发展的内在动力。就长三角来说,工业化、市场化、国际化和政府作用是推动都市圈形成和发展的基本力量。市场化推动了市场规模扩大和分工的深化,工业化促进了产业结构升级、经济组织完善及空间形态的优化,国际化使得长三角逐步纳入全球生产体系,政府的制度创新促进了长三角地区的竞争与合作。The motive mechanism of the Yangtze River delta metropolis circle＇s development has presented a trend of pluralism in the new period.The market-oriented reformation which enlarges the size of market and deepens the professional specialization has become the dominant force of regional economic development.The advancement of industrialized progress speeds up upgrading of the industrial structure,improvement of economic organizations and development of space structure.With the deep development of economic globalization,The Yangtze River delta will be integrated into the global production system gradually and could use the global resources.The government institution innovation will be contributed to the competition and cooperation of Yangtze River delta and set up a framework for the Yangtze River delta metropolis circle.This paper is aimed to analyze the motive mechanism of the Yangtze River delta metropolis circle from the perspective of industrialization,marketlization,internationalization and government function.
