摘　　要：目的建立测定补肾强身胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用Shmadzu VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(28∶72∶1),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.160 32～1.603 2μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为96.68%,RSD=1.83%(n=5)。结论该法简便快捷、结果准确、重复性好,可用于补肾强身胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Bushenqiangshen Capsules.Methods The Shmadzu VP-ODS column was（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid（28 ∶ 72 ∶ 1） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was at 270 nm.Results The calibration curve of icariin showed the linearity in the range of 0.160 32-1.603 2 μg（r = 0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 99.68%,RSD = 1.83%（n = 5）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the routine quality control of Bushenqiangshen Capsules.
