摘　　要：目的探讨《处方管理办法》在基层医院的执行情况和存在的问题,促进其贯彻实施。方法将《处方管理办法》实施2年多来,药学工作者在日常实际工作中遇到的各种问题进行分析、总结。结果与结论《处方管理办法》在基层医院能普遍得到落实,对于促进合理用药、安全用药具有良好的保障作用,但仍需在实践中不断修订和完善,以提高其可操作性。Objective To study the executive condition of Prescription Management Method and the problems existing in its enforcement in the grass-roots hospitals,so as to promote its implementation.Methods During implementing Prescription Management Method for more than two years,the various problems that pharmacy operators encountered in daily practical works were summarized and analyzed.Results and Conclu-sion Prescription Management Method can be implemented generally in the grass-roots hospitals,which has good guarantee role in promoting rational medication and safe medication.But Prescription Management Method will be unceasingly revised and perfected in practice.
