某院2007—2009年中药注射剂使用现状及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解中药注射剂的使用情况,促进其合理应用。方法统计分析某院2007—2009年中药注射剂的应用情况。结果该院中药注射剂使用量逐年增长,2009年较2007年销售金额增长了170.16%,明显高于同期医院药品销售增长。用于活血化瘀、治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂居临床使用之首。清热解毒类中药注射剂增长幅度较大。结论中药注射剂在临床使用广泛,应加强用药监督与管理,使其应用更为合理、安全。Objective To understand the use status of the traditional Chinese medicine injections to promote their rational use.Methods The yearly consumption,DDDs and DDDc of various types of traditional Chinese medicine injections in one hospital from 2007 to 2009 were statistically analyzed.Restults The consumption of traditional Chinese medicine injections showed the increasing tendency year by year.The sales amount in 2009 increased by 170.16% compared to that in 2007,which was much higher than the growth rate of the sales amount of all the medicines in the hospital.The traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ranked first in clinical use.The consumption of the medicines used for clearing heat and detoxifying was increased considerably.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine injections are widely used in clinical treat-ment.However,the supervision and management of the use still need improving.
