摘  要:目的采用荧光金(FG)逆行追踪法观察小鼠听神经高级神经纤维传导通路,为放射性听力损伤的研究提供理论依据。方法正常成年小鼠20只,体重(25~30)g,雌雄不限。通过立体定位,插入吸有荧光金的微玻管,用微电流将荧光金导入内侧膝状体(MG)以追踪听觉传导通路高级神经元的分布。结果在进针点对侧的下丘中央核(CIC)、被盖背侧核、中央周围部(DTgP)、被盖背外侧核、腹侧部(LDTgV)、外上橄榄(LSO)、内侧上橄榄(MSO)、橄榄耳蜗束(ocb)、同侧的斜方体核(Tz)、蜗神经腹侧核、前部(VCA)和蜗神经核浅胶质带(SGI)等均可见FG细胞。结论听神经高级神经纤维传导通路四级神经元神经核团在脑内存在精确定位,为放射性听力损伤的研究提供了理论依据。Objective To study the advanced neurons in auditory neuronal pathway of mice by fluorogold(FG)retrograde tracing technique,and then to provide a theoretical basis for radioactive hearing impairment.Methods Twenty male and female adult mice with body weight 25-30g were used in the experiment.The mice were put in stereotaxic apparatus firstly,then a micro glass tube which contained fluorogold was inserted into the brain of mice.Finally,by using micro electric current,fluorogold was introduced into the claustrum of mice to examine the auditory nerve pathway,the distribution of advanced neurons.Results The distribution of FG-labeled neurons were observed under fluorescent microscope,which distributed mainly in the areas of dorsal tegmental nucleus,pericentral part(DTgP),later dorsal tegmental nucleus(LDTg),later dorsal tegmental nucleus,ventral part(LDTgV),central nucleus of the lateral inferior colliculus(CIC),lateral superior olive(LSO),medial superior olive(MSO),nucleus of the trapezoid body(Tz),ventral cochlear nucleus,olivocochlear bundle(ocb),anter(VCA)and the cochlear nucleus with shallow glial(SGI).Conclusions There was precise distribution of four grades of advanced auditory neurons in auditory neuronal pathways of mice.
