两种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较镍钛聚髌器及张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法将来我科就诊的107例髌骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组55例(55膝),应用镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗;对照组52例(52膝),采用钢丝克氏针张力带进行治疗,随访12～24个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组优良率为96.4%,对照组优良率为71.2%,观察组的优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论镍钛聚髌器内固定治疗髌骨骨折疗效显著,可尽早进行功能锻炼,是目前比较理想的内固定方法。Objective To compare the clinical effects of nickel titanium patellar concentrator and tension band in treatment of patellar fracture.Methods 107 patients with patellar fracture in orthopedie suryery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.55cases（55knees）of the observation group were treated by nickel titanium patellar concentrator therapy and 52 cases（52knees）of the control group were treated by tension band therapy.The patients were followed up for 12~24 months and the effects were compared.Results The excellent and good rates of the observation group was 96.4%and the control group 71.2%,the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nickel titanium patellar concentrator in treatment of patellar fracture has good effect,functional exercises can be trained early and it is an ideal method at present.
