摘 要:目的探讨影响全身骨显像的常见技术问题和质量控制因素。方法对本科2002年6月至2009年12月9687例次全身骨显像进行分析。结果通过分析总结出影响全身骨显像质量的因素有:①放射性核素的标记和注射技术;②患者的准备;③图像采集的方法和扫描速度;④图像显示。结论放射性核素的标记不好,直接影响图像质量。患者准备不到位,图像质量欠佳。对部位难以确定可疑病灶,图像采集时需加做局部静态显像或断层显像。合适的对比和灰阶的上下限提供较好的图像。Objective To explore influencing factors in controlling the common technical problems and quality of whole body bone imaging.Methods The whole body bone imaging of 9687 cases in our department from June 2002 to December 2009 was analyzed.Results Through analyzing,the influencing factors in the quality of whole body bone imaging included:①Marker and injection techniques of the radionuclide;②Preparation of patients;③Methods of image acquisition and speed of scanning;④Image display.Conclusion Improper marking of the radionuclide would influence the image quality directly.If the patients had not made a proper preparation,the image would be poor in quality as well.For the parts in which the suspicious lesion could not be determined,the local static imaging or section imaging should be performed additionally.A relatively good image could be provided with proper ratio and upper and lower limits of gray scale.
