摘　　要：绿色技术创新是制浆造纸企业技术创新的发展趋势,绿色技术创新能力是制浆造纸企业可持续发展的重要力量。文章界定了制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力,阐述了制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力结构,在此基础上,构建出制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价方法对制浆造纸企业绿色技术创新能力进行量化评价,最后通过实例评价进行验证并作出总结,为制浆造纸企业管理绿色技术创新提供新的定量工具。The green technological innovation is the new trend of technological innovation,and it is an important force of sustainable development for pulp and paper enterprises.The pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability is difined and its structure is illustrated in this paper,based on this,establishes a set of evaluation index system,evaluates the pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability usig fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally carries on the verification through the example evaluation and make a conclusion,provides a new quantitative tool of green technological innovation management for pulp and paper enterprise.
