摘　　要：通过SWOT分析模型来对我国竹纤维企业目前所处的内部条件和外部环境进行了系统分析,并针对我国竹纤维企业在发展中的问题提出了相应的对策,加大竹纤维生产技术的研发力度,改善生产工艺;建立完善的竹纤维检测体系,规范竹纤维产品的市场秩序;大力培植龙头企业,以及加强同行业的合作等。By the model of SWOT systematically analyze the internal and external conditions of Chinese bamboo fiber companies.Based on the analysis,gives some corresponding suggestions for these companies,such as reinforcing the research and development of new bamboo fiber technologies,improving production technology,completing the quality control system,regulating the market order,developing heading companies and enhancing the cooperation in this industry.
