单纯疱疹病毒感染抗体IgG浓度水平的动态观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨单纯疱疹病毒（herpes simplex virus,HSV）感染后机体IgG抗体水平的变化规律.方法 对21例有症状生殖器疱疹患者和10例无症状单纯疱疹病毒携带者定期于第1、2、3、6、9、和12月抽取静脉血2ml,用ELISA定量方法测定其抗体浓度水平.结果 21例有症状生殖器疱疹患者的第1、2、3、6、9、和12月HSV1-IgG抗体浓度（RU/ml）分别是：160±56.72 、167±55.90、165±55.03、163±62.10、161±62.28以及158±59.67;HSV2-IgG抗体浓度（RU/ml）分别：139±82.52、136±85.01、130±80.81、140±82.81、132±78.00以及132±83.52.10例无症状单纯疱疹病毒携带者的第1、2、3、6、9、和12月HSV1-IgG抗体浓度（RU/ml）分别是：120±46.31、122±42.72、113±39.93、107±39.95、107±39.95以及101±48.58;HSV2-IgG抗体浓度（RU/ml）分别是：133±60.15、123.6±53.72、115.5±47.58、98±48.63、59±40.00 以及36±43.93.结论 有症状生殖器疱疹患者的HSV1-IgG抗体和HSV2-IgG抗体浓度在一年内的观察没明显的变化;无症状单纯疱疹携带者的HSV1-IgG抗体浓度在一年内的观察没明显的变化,HSV2-IgG抗体浓度在前6个月也没明显的变化,9个月开始有浓度明显的降低,HSV2-IgG抗体水平的变化有利于生殖器疱疹的复发和再发的判断.Objective To investigate the changes about IgG antibody levels of the herpes simplex virus （herpes simplex virus, HSV） infecting the body. Method 21 eases of symptomatic genital herpes patients and 10 asymptomatie carriers of the herpes simplex virus venous was ＆awed 2ml blood in the 1 st, 2nd, 3th, 6th,gth and in 12th month regular, then was determined quantitatively using ELISA concentration levels of the antibody. Result In 21 cases of patients with symptomatic genital herpes HSV1 - IgG antibody concentxation were in the 1 st, 2nd, 3th, 6th,gth and in 12th month respectively： 160 ±56.72 RU/ml, 167 ± 55.90RU/ml, 165 ±55.03RU/ml, 163 ±62.10RU/ml, 161 ±62. 28RU/ml and 158 ±59.67RU/ml; HSV2 - IgG antibody concentrations were： 139 ±82.52RU/ml, 136 ±85.01RU/ml, 130 ±80.81RU/ml, 140 ±82.81RU/ml, 132 ±78.00RU/ml and 132 ±83.52RU/ml. In 10 asymptomatic carriers of the herpes simplex virus, HSV1 - IgG antibody concentration were in the lst,2nd,3th,6th,gth and in 12th month respectively： 120 ±46.31RU/m1,122 ±42.72 RU/ml, 113 ±39.93, RU/ml 107 ±39.95RU/ml, 107 ±39.95RU/ml and 101 ±48.58RU/ml; HSV2 - IgG antibody concentrations were： 133 ±60.15RU/ml, 123.6 ±53.72RU/ml,II5.5 ~ 47.58RU/m1,98 ±48.63RU/ml, 59 ±40.00RU/ml and 36 ±43.93RU/ml. Conclusion In patients with symptomatic genital herpes HSV1 - IgG antibody concentration and HSV2 - IgG antibody concentration were observed in one year without significant change. In asymptomatic carriers of the herpes simplex HSVI - IgG antibody concentrations observed in one year without significant change, HSV2 - IgG antibody concentration in the first 6 months has not significant change, after 9 months it began to become lower, HSV2 - 1gG antibody levels was in favor of recurrent genital herpes judgments.
