摘  要:研究了含不同微量活化元素的CuW材料经热变形和退火处理后性能的变化。采用扫描电镜分析了材料变形和退火后的组织变化,探讨了活化元素对CuW材料热变形的影响机理。结果表明,在700℃下进行预热后,加入活化元素的CuW材料的热变形性较好。在450℃退火后,含活化元素Cr、Ti的CuW材料变形后具有较高的电导率和硬度。对Cu/W界面的EPMA分析表明,活化元素的添加使Cu/W界面实现了冶金结合,增强了变形中界面的抵抗力,减小了压缩变形中的界面断裂现象。The properties of CuW alloys with different activated elements were studiedafter thermal deformations and the anneal.The microstructure variations of deformedalloys after the anneal treatment were observed by SEM,and the effect of differentactivated elements on the hot mechanisms of CuW alloys were discussed.The results show that CuW alloys added activated elements exhibit good deformation after preheating at 700 ℃.After annealing at 450 ℃,CuW alloys with activation element Cr,Ti have higher hardness and electrical conductivity.The Cu/W interfaces were analysed by EPMA,and it show that the metallurgical Cu/W interface is obtained after adding activated elements,this higher interfacial bond strength can resist to the shear stress emerged in the deformation,and the phenomena interfacial fracture is decreased during the deformation process.
