舒血宁与前列地尔联合治疗早期肾功能不全的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗早期肾功能不全的有效途径。方法:选择我院104例早期肾功能不全患者,采用随机方法分为两组,对照组50例常规降糖、降压及调脂、优质低蛋白饮食等治疗,单用舒血宁。治疗组54例在对照组的治疗基础上应用舒血宁与前列地尔联合治疗,14日为1个疗程。结果:舒血宁与前列地尔联合治疗能有效降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及24 h尿蛋白定量,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁与前列地尔联合治疗早期肾功能不全有显著疗效。Objective：To explore the effective treatment for early renal insufficiency.Methods：A total of 104 cases with early renal insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty cases in control group were treated by conventional hypoglycemic therapy,hypotensive therapy,lipid-regulatory drugs,high quality low protein diet and Shuxuening alone.Fifty-four cases in treatment group were treated by combined therapy with Shuxuening and alprostadil with 14 days for a course.Results：The combined therapy with Shuxuening and alprostadil can significantly decrease urinary albumin excretion（UAER） and 24-hr urine protein（P0.05）.Conclusions：The combined therapy with Shuxuening and alprostadil is effective on treating early renal insufficiency.
