江西省新农村建设中“大学生村官政策”作用分析及政策建议——基于南昌市的调查分析

摘　　要：在对南昌市在职村官调研的基础上,对大学生村官政策实施状况及产生效用作出评价,并建议从选拔录用、激励保障、法律规范、交流和学习等方面进一步完善大学生村官政策。Based on the investigation of the in-service village officers in Nanchang,the implementation status and effect of the policy of university student village officer was evaluated,and it was proposed to further perfect this policy from the perspectives of selection and employment,incentives and guarantee,laws and regulations,communion and learning.
