摘　　要：本文以宜昌市为例,通过对圈外城市发展环境深刻审视与重新评价,准确定位,明确发展思路,寻求有效对策进行了深入思考。This article takes the case of Yichang City,based on the deep look and reevaluation the development environment of the cities outside city circle,accurate positioning,a clear development ideas,to seek effective measures.
