摘　　要：西部大开发战略实施至今已超过10年,西部地区经济增速明显。但由于经济结构、生态环境等方面的不足,仍需进一步调整发展的战略视角。文章从介绍西部地区科学发展的战略意义入手,分析了发展现状,并基于区域合作的视角,提出了促进西部地区科学发展的战略。The Western development strategy has been implemented for more than 10 years,the economic growth rate in the West is very fast.But it needs further adjustment of the development of a strategic perspective,because of the defects on economic structure and ecological environment,etc.The article introduces strategic significance of the Western scientific development,analyses the present situation,and is based on regional cooperation,puts forward the strategy of promoting the Western scientific development.
