基于和谐管理理论的城中村改造模式及对策分析

摘　　要：本文通过对和谐管理理论的阐述,分析了城中村改造中存在的不和谐因素,在讨论城中村改造与和谐管理理论的内在联系的基础上,利用和则、谐则等方法提出了城中村改造和谐管理模式,最后从发挥政府职能、加大宣传力度、建立村民生活保障制度等方面为城中村改造过程提出了相应政策建议和参考。This paper described the concept of harmoious theory,combined with the disharmonious factors existing in the current reconstruction,analyzed internal relations in village reconstruction and harmonious theory,and then,use the methods of harmonic theory to innovate management model of the village reconstruction,finally this paper put forward some policy recommendations and reference,such as play the function of government,intensify propaganda and establish livelihood guarantee system for the villagers.
