摘　　要：在对苏州城内"中式住宅"项目进行调查和分析的基础上,结合现代居住设计理念和江南传统造园思想,从"新苏派住宅"的概念、形式和主要特点几个方面进行了论述,并就其发展趋势提了几点看法。The article discussed the conceptions,the forms and the main characteristics of the new residence community in Suzhou and put forward several opinions for the development tendency based on the research and analysis of Chinese style residences,and combined with the conception of the current residences design and the traditional ideas of the gardening.
