24小时尿蛋白定量检测样本保存方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析尿液不同保存方法对24h尿蛋白(M-TP)检测结果的影响,探讨留取24h尿测定M-TP的适宜保存条件。方法:在同一时间收集尿液后,分别在加入不同防腐剂,不同保存时间,不同保存温度的条件下,检测初始和保存后的尿M-TP含量。采用单因素方差分析探讨温度、时间、防腐剂3种因素对尿M-TP结果的影响。结果:在2-8℃保存条件下,M-TP可稳定保持24h,在24h内测定值没有明显改变(P>0.05);在室温下2小时内测定值无明显改变(P>0.05),24小时结果显著升高(P<0.05);加入甲醛会降低M-TP测定值(P<0.05),而二甲苯对M-TP测定值没有影响(P>0.05)。结论:留取24h尿测定M-TP,需将尿标本放于2-8℃冰箱保存或室温下加入1mL/L二甲苯防腐。Objective Analysis of urine of different preservation methods on the 24h urinary protein （M- TP） test results and to explore sacrificing 24h urinary M - TP determined the appropriate storage conditions. Method Urine samples were collected at the same time, respectively, with different preservatives, different storage time, various temperature conditions, the detection and preservation of the initial post - M - TP concentration in urine. Single factor analysis of variance to explore if the temperature, time three kinds of factors on the urinary antiseptic M - TP results . Result Stored at 2 - 8 ℃ conditions, M - TP can remain stable 24h, at 24h there was no change in measured values （ P 〉 0.05） ; 2 hours at room temperature no significant changes in measured values （ P 〉 0.05）, 24 小时 The results were significandy higher （ P 〈 0.05） ; adding formaldehyde will reduce the M - TP test value （ P 〈 0.05）, and xylene on the M - TP did not affect the measured values （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Determination of sacrificing 24h urinary M- TP, urine samples need to put 2- 8 qC refrigerator or at room temperature by adding 1ml / L xylene corrosion
