摘 要:陶瓷膜应用过程中常涉及到含盐体系,盐浓度对过滤过程影响显著.考察不同温度下,不同浓度氯化钠水溶液的陶瓷膜过滤过程.实验结果表明,盐浓度对膜渗透通量影响明显,不同孔径的陶瓷膜过滤通量与盐浓度的变化关系相同;将氯化钠溶液黏度随温度和浓度的经验关系式引入Darcy方程中,计算结果表明,盐溶液的黏度是影响膜渗透通量的主要原因,计算值与实验值吻合较好,误差在10%以内.The ceramic membrane process often involves salt-bearing system,which is effected significantly by the salt concentration.The ceramic membrane filtration process of sodium chloride aqueous solution with different concentrations under different temperatures was studied.Experimental results showed that the effect of salt concentration on the membrane flux was significant;the correlations of flux with salt concentration were the same for ceramic membranes with different pore size.The empirical formula of viscosity of the sodium chloride solution on temperature and concentration was introduced to the Darcy law,the calculated results showed that the main factor of the influence on membrane flux was salt solution viscosity,the predicted values fited the experimental values well,with an error less than 10%.
