摘 要:将陶瓷超滤膜、纳滤和反渗透膜法相结合对焦化脱硫废液进行资源化回收利用.研究结果表明:陶瓷膜对脱硫废液中硫磺可100%的截留,渗透液澄清透明;纳滤膜可有效分离硫代硫酸铵和硫氰酸铵,对硫代硫酸铵的截留率为95%,硫氰酸铵的透过率大于100%;采用反渗透膜对硫氰酸铵溶液进行脱水浓缩,4级反渗透对硫氰酸铵的总截留率达99%,渗透出水电导率小于171μS/cm,可循环使用到纳滤透析工艺中.文章研究的膜法处理焦化脱硫废液工艺可将焦化含硫废水中有价值的硫和副盐分离提纯,创造经济价值,又可减少废水的排放,实现水循环利用,该研究为脱硫废液的资源化处理提供了一条新工艺.Membrane processes of ceramic ultrafiltration(UF),nanofiltration(NF) and reverse osmosis(RO) were integrated to treat the desulfurization wastewaters with the aim of reusing the resources.The results showed that sulfur(S) in the wastewater could be rejected by ceramic membrane at 100% and clear permeate were obtained.NF membrane could separate ammonium thiosulfate from ammonium thiocyanate effectively with a rejection of 95% and a permeation of more than 100%.RO process was applied to dewater the ammonium thiocyanate solutions,after four-stage treatment,the total rejection of ammonium thiocyanate reached 99%,the RO permeate was with a conductivity less than 171 μS/cm and could be recycled to dialysis process of NF.The treatment process of desulfurization wastewater studied by this research can separate and purify the valuable sulfur and by-product salt from the wastewater,creating economic value,reducing the wastewater,reusing the water.The study provides a new process for the resourced treatment of the desulfurization wastewater.
