摘　　要：在阐述土壤水资源的概念、特点和研究方法的基础上，分析了华北地区土壤水分含量状况及土壤水资源数量，并对土壤水资源研究在农业节水中的意义及土壤水资源高效利用等问题进行了讨论。The concept and characteristics of the water resources in soils and the methods used to study the water resources in soils are discussed in the paper.It is pointed out that the amount of water resources in soils and conditions of soil moisture content are two important aspects in the study to evaluate the suitability of the water resources in soils for crop growth.The amount of water resources in soils and the conditions of soil moisture content in the plain area north of Huanghe River in North China are also analyzed.The study in these two aspects is helpful to understand the relationship between soil moisture conditions and crop growth,and thus to use water resources more efficiently.
