摘　　要：目的:探讨切除腋窝副乳的理想方法与美学意义。方法:于腋下皱襞线上作长为2.5～3.0cm的切口,皮下潜行分离,直视下完整切除副乳组织。结果:43例均顺利完成手术,经病理证实为乳腺组织,所有伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,随访3～36个月,术后效果良好,外观满意。结论:经腋下小切口切除副乳的方法,操作简便,出血少,恢复快,符合美学要求,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the ideal way and significance of section of accessory breast with high esthetical wishes.Methods The surgeon operation were performed on accessory mammary glands with micro-incision of transverse crease of axillary.Results 43 cases were diagnosed as mammary glands tissues on the pathological examination.All wounds healed by first intention.Follow-up observation for 3～36 months showed good appearace.Doctors and patients are satisfied with the results.Conclusion Section of accessory breast with micro-incision is a very reasonable,milder-injury,less bleeding,easy method to obtain nice breast configuration and deserves to widely used.
