鼻端SMAS组织在鼻整形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索一种新的预防假体从鼻尖外露的整形美容手术方法。方法:通过研究鼻端SMAS组织的解剖学基础,明确其具体的范围和与周围组织的关系,166名隆鼻患者鼻表浅肌肉腱膜系统(SMAS)下假体置入并将鼻部SMAS组织分离完全后,折叠于假体转折处,增加鼻尖的厚度。结果:术后随访6～18个月,无假体排异、脱垂、鼻尖发红、假体外露等并发症发生,鼻尖形态自然美观。结论:这种手术方法可有效预防假体从鼻尖外露,值得在鼻尖整形中推广。Objective To investigate explore a new surgical method to prevent exposure prosthesis from the tip.Methods Study of the soft tissue of the nose make clear the scope and their specific relationship with surrounding tissue,its tissue components,at the same time applying in plastic surgery of the nasal tip of 166 patients.Results This 166 sufferers gained good shape of the nasal tip duing the six months to 18 months follow up reposition combined with the nasal tip plasty.Conclusion This method can prevent exposure prosthesis from the tip and obtain a satisfactory aesthetic effect.
