强脉冲光联合医学护肤品治疗面部寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强脉冲光联合含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护肤品治疗面部寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将68例面部寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组:治疗组41例,强脉冲光联合含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护扶品治疗;对照组27例,单纯强脉冲光治疗。结果:两组患者面部炎性皮损经治疗后,治疗组有效率95.1%、对照组70.4%,χ2=6.10,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗组患者皮肤整体平整性的改善明显优于对照组。结论:采用强脉冲光联合含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋的医学护肤品治疗面部寻常型痤疮,在运用强脉冲光有效治疗痤疮的同时使用医学护肤品既可以修复强脉冲光治疗后皮肤功能屏障的损伤,还能辅助治疗面部寻常型痤疮皮损,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective Intense Pulsed Light（IPL） combined with papain and purslane medical skin care products help the clinical efficacy of vulgaris acne.Methods 68 cases of facial vulgaris acne patients,divided into treatment groups 41cases：IPL combined with purslane and papain medical skin care products（trade name： Winona acne oil control gel,Winona clear pox repair essence） in the treatment group.Control group 27 cases： IPL treatment group.Results The patients after treatment,facial inflammatory lesions between the two groups for efficientχ2test,χ2 =6.10,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant,effects were significantly different.The two groups after treatment,the treatment group overall smoothness of the skin of patients than the control group improved.Conclusion IPL combined with papain and purslane medical skin care products of acne treatment,IPL in the use of effective medical treatment of acne skin care products while using IPL therapy to repair after injury of the skin barrier function,but also adjuvant treatment of facial acne lesions,no serious adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
