简易持续负压吸引在深度创面的应用观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨简易持续负压吸引对促进深度创面愈合的疗效及护理。方法:50例患者分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规换药,治疗组用简易材料进行持续负压吸引,比较两组的换药次数、应用抗生素费用及总住院时间等指标,评估疗效。结果:在换药次数、应用抗生素费用及总住院时间等,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:简易负压吸引是一种良好的促进深度创面愈合的方法,配合创面观察及护理,疗效优于传统方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects and nursing care of the simple continuous negative pressure suction on the deep wound.Methods 50 patients were divided into two groups.Group 1 were treated by the routing dressing change and group 2 treated by the simple continuous negative pressure suction on the deep wound.Comparing the frequency of dressing change,cost of antibiotics and the hospitalization time of two groups to evaluate the clinical effects.Results The treatment group was significant better than comparitive group on the dressing change time,cost of antibiotics using and hospitalization time etc.Conclusion Simple negative pressure suction is a good method for promoting deep wound healing with wound observation and nursing care,the clinical effects is better than traditional method,therefore it is worth for popularization.
