摘 要:汉沽生物稳定塘建成后的藻类调查结果表明,随污水的净化,藻类的群落结构发生了明显变化.从入水口至生态塘出口,藻类的种类数、种类多样性指数d 值不断上升,出水口平均达268 种,累积达56 种;d 值平均为142 ;优势种由耐污种逐渐变为中污种;藻类的数量随污染物浓度的下降而上升,平均为411556 ×104 个/L.水中的SS、BOD5 、COD、NH3N、PO4P等的浓度与藻类的种类数呈直线相关,与藻类的数量呈曲线关系,其关系可用一元二次方程表达。Theinvestigationsintothespatialandtemporaldistribution ofphytoplanktonicspeciesandthe change of community structuresin the Hangu multiple cellstabilization ponds were carried out during 1995 1997.Waterqualityofponds wasassesedbystudyingthealgalcommunitiesqualitativelyandquanti tatively.Theresultsshowedthatthevariationinalgalcommunitystructures wasstronglyrelatedto water qualityinthe differentgradesofpond.Sixsamplingstationsfrom firstpond(input) tolastone(output) weredistinguishableintermsofshowing differenceinthespeciesrichness,individualabundance and di versityindex andthelike.Firstpond withthe highestconcentration of COD,BOD5 ,Nand Pas wellas otherpollutants wasfound thatthere was afew species richness and low diversityindex in comparison with otherponds. Waterqualityinthelastpond(alsoasan ecologicalpond) wasobviouslyimproved due totheself purification andthis wasshown by dramaticincreaseinthenumberofspeciesand diversityin dexas wellas greatdecreaseinthetolerantpopulation’squantity.Averagely,alagalcommunity parame tersintheecologicalpond (lastpond) changed withthefollowingranges:56 speciesofalgal,1 .42 value ofdiversityindex and 41155.6×104/Lofindividualquantity.Thenumberofalgalspecies was wellcor related withtheconcentrationsof SS,BOD5 ,COD,NH3 Nand PO4 Pin the water.Thealgalquantity could beexpressed bysuch equationaslog Y= a+ bX- cX2 .
