摘　　要：目的:检测血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在骨关节炎(OA)软骨中的mRNA表达。方法:16只大耳白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组行单膝前交叉韧带切断术,对照组不做处理,术后9周处死动物,采用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及实时荧光定量PCR方法检测软骨中VEGF的mRNA表达。结果:实验组软骨中VEGF的mRNA表达水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:骨关节炎软骨中VEGF的mRNA高表达,VEGF在骨关节炎软骨退变中发挥着重要作用。Objective： To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） mRNA in osteoarthritic cartilage. Methods： Sixteen white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experimental group underwent unilateral anterior cruciate ligament transection （ACLT） to establish the models of osteoarthritis（OA）. Animals in control group were not treated. All rabbits were killed 9 weeks following surgery, and the mRNA expression of VEGF in cartilages was analyzed using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and real time PCR methods. Results： The level of VEGF mRNA expression in cartilages in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： VEGF mRNA expression was enhanced in the cartilage of the OA model. The result suggested that VEGF may be involved in cartilage degeneration of OA.
